Absolutely horrible. Like any Mcdonalds in the south it's dirty with terrible service and disgusting food.
Seems like the employees have an issue with their job and dealing with customers even the day manager who is leading the crew seem to have a big attitude herself poured the customers and the service on getting your food is ridiculous
My trainer & I arrived at the truck stop at 7pm. Went to the McDonalds to order a hot meal after being on the road for hours. My co driver ordered a frappe @ the cashier had a horrible attitude. The guy in front of us was served melting ice cream so the girl with no name tag and 14' inches of hair with no hair net, took the ice cream put it in cups and handed it to him. So we waited for her to then make the frappe just to walk away. The frappe sat in the blender for 15mins before she came back. We asked her if she had any cups to put it in confused as to why she hadn't served us yet! She said NOPE and rolled her eyes. She finally placed it in a cup to then putting the topping which was told to her twice not to. I ended up at this point not ordering because there were 5 other people in the lobby with wrong orders and waiting for their food. Finally the manager came to the front with a HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, STANK ATTITUDE & ignored all the customers. She made the second frappe wrong & my co driver then was told they have no drizzle for it & the truck was being unloaded but there was NO TRUCK! Walked off so at this point we have been waiting behind all the other people that were waiting before us for 25 mins! She demanded at refund and the manager said no she did not have a valid reason for a refund. All the years I've worked in restaurants & fast food. When things were that bad on the employees part we tried our best to accommodated and the customer was always allowed a refund. Customer was always right! DO NOT GO HERE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, JUST GO TO SUBWAY HEALTHIER ANYWAY!!!
Waited for a good 15 min even tho the manager saw me and she was talking to a man and gave him free food. I guess they are dating? But also she just decided to throw away the trash instead of helping taking my order oh did I mention I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, finally one of the employe came from the back she just got off her phone and help me out. If you hate your job so much why are you still working there? Whatever I hope this place gets shut down.
Worst employees I've ever seen. Worst attitude. I'll never go back. We asked for our money back after 35 minutes and left. I hope this place shuts down, but the employees should never be hired anywhere else. Terrible people that will make you lose some of your faith in humanity.
