They service here is amazing. My girlfriend and I were on out way down to Florida, when the engine started knocking, and the check engine light came on. We got a tow to the Havoline a little north-ways, but the owner said the mechanic at his location would not be available until the next day. So he checked with this location to confirm that a mechanic would in the store. When we got there we were greeted by Chad, the on site mechanic, who brought the car into the shop and asked what the problem was. He found a problem with spark plugs and replaced to perform a better diagnostic. After a little over three hours of waiting, he finished the test, but unfortunately one of the pistons was not compressing, so there was nothing he could do. In the end he only charged us for the spark plug replacement and one of the many diagnostics. Then, he allowed us to keep it on their lot until we could get someone down to tow it home. Overall the staff was friendly and professional. We really appreciated the staff's humanistic touch rather than money-hungry mechanics. Once again thanks Chad for helping us out and doing everything you could.
