Babyland has so many gift options for babies! I love spending time their browsing and their employees are always so nice and helpful! I've never had a problem exchanging items and will forever continue to shop here!

I shopped in 2008 pregnant, the lady refused me and I didnt get to biy the wooden rocking cradle I wanted.
Now I am married and will never step foot in her store again I figure she treats many this way her store has downsized.
My wife had a gift certificate for $30 she was so excited to use there. When she got there the store told her it was expired and that she couldn't use it. We will no longer be shopping there ever. Terrible business practices!
I feel completely ripped off!:( We're from out of state and needed more cloth diapers for our son since we decided to stay an extra day. We're active cloth diaper users and decided a trip to visit my husbands brother in the hospital wld not break us into using disposables. Although our hotel is nice we don't prefer using a public washer and dryer. We have a local cloth diapering store we use and support in our home town called Terra Tots. They are wonderful and make their customers want to return again & again. Wanting to support a locally owned store in Tupelo we went to Babyland. Their customer service was nice, and like anyone I expected to get what I paid for. The package of 12 prefolds I purchased were 27 dollars, close to the price I pay for 12 thick organic diapers from Terra Tots. When I went to use one on my son I realized they were so thin you could see through them!! I ended up buying some prefolds that were thicker for 12 bucks at Walmart! They're not as thick as the ones we usually buy but at least I felt like we got what we paid for at Walmart. I tried taking the others back to Babyland and they refused to take these cheap diapers back since they were opened even though they're unused, another major difference from my local cloth diapering store. Needless to say we were completely ripped off by Babyland and will not use them again for anything during future trips to Tupelo. If we pay a quality price we expect a quality product.
