My mother and I were standing next in line to be checked. The cashier by the name Myranda, looked at us and checked out the lady beside us first. We had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. Miranda looked at us while she checked the lady beside us. There were managers watchingv the and nothing was done. Customer service speaks for stores and their reputations. JC Penny is on a downward spiral in many locstions. This incident spoke volumes.
