My order went in back in September for a necklace - funeral home ""forgot" to send it in in July when my son passed - so they put it in FOURTEEN weeks ago and I STILL do not have it. I called the funeral home who keeps telling me they haven't received it yet and this company is "backed up" as he supposedly has called them. I called them direct and they REFUSE to speak to anyone but the funeral home. I just wanted to confirm they HAVE my order. It's almost Christmas and my son has been gone almost 5 months and I still don't have my memorial jewlery. If this company truly is "backed up" as the funeral home says they supposedly are telling him then I'd love to give a negative star review for their lack of filling timely orders and their refusal to answer simple questions to check on my order for me.
