Very nice sales people and helpful. But when it comes to customer service, it's horrible! The furniture is not good quality made, and it takes weeks to get service to answer you, let alone trying to assist you. Will not purchase furniture from Ashley again!!!!

So Far So Good :) Purchased some furniture last weekend and the experience was really good. Good customer service and Kenisha was great to give us "room" to talk and make a decision without breathing down our necks the whole time like we had previously experienced at another store. A bit pricey but exceptional experience overall! Good job Ashley!!!
We had a great experience shopping here! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us look at different options that were best for us and made the decision between couches hard due to multiple great options! I also appreciated help with our one year old while we shopped! They were understand and caring!
