I called back in Dec 2016 to CANCEL my policy and today JUNE 2017. I get a renewal notice for the home I sold. I have to go down to the office and get it resolved when I did, he acts like he could care less and inconvenience me to take time out of my schedule to correct something that should had been done 6 months ago. He was quick to want the business but not quick to do a request. I will not be doing business with him again. I understand mistakes happen, but show someone a sincere apology.
