I wish i was able to give no stars. They need improvement bad!! The workers are slow and very very rude. They sit and laugh and have conversations with each other as opposed to helping others. If they would do their job, they could get people out faster!!
I had the best experience there today! Terri was the sweetest! Another woman even rode with a kid for his license even though they showed up after the time for that was up. These people need more recognition for the good they do!
The guy at window number one was very disrespectful. He rolled his eyes at us and could care less about his job.
Facilities are poorly maintained and lacks proper emergency action implementation for public upon imminent danger such as tornado warning. I was displeased to the point that correspondence conveying this was sent up to their leadership. Professional and courteous staff.
