The food is good. I always get the same sandwich. They never put napkins in your bag. Say you have to ask for them. That should be accompanying your order. The chips and drink are extra and I feel are pricy. Have had only 1/2 price day on that I know of on select sandwichs and of course it wasn't my fav sandwich.
I know this is a new business. I called the Tupelo store because the website told me they didn't deliver to my address. They told me they don't deliver to my address. I live 4.6 miles from their location. If this changes I'll become a customer.

Great tasting subs at a decent price. Got an 8 inch sub, chips, and drink for $8.55. Not bad. Ingredients seem to be very fresh. They slice the meat in front of you.
For a place that just opened, I had a fantastic experience! The employees were all extremely kind and helpful. Even though it was obvious this was most people's first day, they went out of their way to help me. I witnessed a customer get upset (due to the customer's own mistake), and the management handled it extremely well. Definitely my new favorite place to eat! Love the happy environment and fantastic employees!
