During my recent search for a storage facility, I stumbled upon Storage Max in Tupelo, MS. After speaking with a young lady on the phone, I decided to go with the Cliff Gookin location. Macie Bailey was extremely polite and informative when I spoke with her on the phone. When I arrived later the same day, I was even more impressed!! Macie took the time to show me around and help me decide which unit would be best for me. The facility was VERY CLEAN and secure. And she also reassured me that my belongings would SAFE there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage of any kind. They also have items you can purchase to help with your packing, moving, and storage needs. Charlotte and her staff are always very professional, friendly and accommodate all my requests. The facility is clean and I feel my belongings are safe and secure while stored at this location of Storage Max. I would recommend them to anyone requiring outstanding storage space.

They have the friendliest staff, I called for a quote and they were very attentive, informative and professional. I rented a unit and the grounds are extremely clean and secure. Would recommend them if you want your stored items in a good safe and local place.
