I haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in years but some friends invited us out to lunch after church. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Of course, it's just your typical chain, but they seem like they put thought into the food. I highly recommend the chicken wings. They were delicious and had a unique seasoning. The potato soup was also wonderful. For a chain restaurant I was pleasantly surprised, so thank you !
First time in nearly 10 yrs I have gone inside to eat. The pick up option really works best for the family. The meal was good and the free blooming onion from the Outback Bowl was outstanding. Service was good an attentive. Had an enjoyable meal.
Ordered fried coconut shrimp and bacon cheese fries with ranch. Service from Wesley and Clide was outstanding. Food was tasty and super fresh; loved the unique ranch dipping sauce. Dining room and restrooms were both clean.
Our waiter (Caleb) didn’t refill our drinks, he didn’t bring out my extra mushrooms that I ordered. I realized it as soon as he brought my entree so then he brought my mushrooms out. Then after finishing my dinner, I look at the receipt and I’m charged for a side that I ordered and never received (I waited so long for my food I forgot what I ordered). Upon telling him before paying (after I have finished my meal) he told me my side that I never got was in the back and he could bring it out. BUT I WAS FINISHED EATING. Why would I want the side then, after I’m full? Disappointing.
I have been a waitress before and although the food was good the service was horrible. We spent nearly $100 and literally had to beg for our check and to go boxes with NO refills. I understand being busy but it's a Tuesday night and plenty of help. No excuse. He didn't know the menu and we had to ask someone else about getting our stuff.
