We didn't eat here. We called ahead and used the call-ahead-seating-function. We were told it would be a 35-45 minute wait and received our number. After 45 minutes passed, we went inside -party of 2- gave the hostess our call-ahead-seating-function number and were told it would be another 45-minute wait. It was 3 days after Christmas and a Saturday night so that has to be taken into consideration. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try again some other time. Management should utilize and consider the call ahead function more efficiently.
Waited another 20 minutes to order meals.
Waited another 30 minutes for meals to arrive.
Waited 25 minutes to order drinks and appetizer.
Never saw our server to order additional drinks/refills.
Really enjoyed. Service was great. Blossom onion was a little too greasy & should have been drained (on paper towel) but other than that, it was great!!!
Appetizer arrived 15 minutes after meal.
Food was great service is slow and bad as if someone needs to light a fire under some of their butts. More servers than most places but most just stand around talking and seem to careless about customers.
Went on a Tuesday night. Was not busy.
Will never set foot in this place again.
We have been here twice. Both times it was very busy yet we were seated instantly. The service was on point and the food was amazing. I actually got my meal before I finished my appetizer. A manager even checked on us to ensure all was well.
