They kept my car for over a month and a half without calling me to update me on the progression of the repair of my car. I had to call them every week and each time they gave me the run around. Then over charged me for fixing something that had nothing to do with why I brought my car to them. They claimed that my car was fixed but when I drove it off the lot and down the street the oil light came right back on! They do not honor their warranty and tried to sell me another car. Piss- poor service and dishonest people. I will never use them again!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable service department, and above all, honest to the highest degree. If you need any work or repairs done on your car but you're worried about dishonest or shady mechanics, then this Carlock Kia is for you! They'll only repair what you ask for/what is necessary, and for a very fair price. I won't take my car any other place!
Also, they absolutely sell your info to third parties that try to scam you on fake warranty/insurance deals. I received no calls about my car for at least a year but one visit back to Kia and for weeks I have phone numbers across the country calling me with fake messages about my mileage and claiming my warranty is expiring.
Though I trust work to be done when things need to be replaced, overall I would not recommend Kia to someone.

They do the work on a reasonable schedule; however their consistency in quality is poor. One checkup they told me everything looked fine; 3 months later multiple things were supposedly so bad they should have long been changed. They offered free tire rotations each oil change if I bought my tires there; the next oil change they acted like that offer never happened.
