These people need to find someone who knows how to measure. We used this store for my son's wedding. No ones tux fit when they came in. My sons (the groom) tux had to be sent back because none of it fit. The groomsmen and the ring barriers pants were all to short. If you are going to charge 270.00 for a tux, the least y'all could do is get it right. Will not ever use this store again and do not recommend this store

We will never do business with this company. We went to get my fiancé measured and were really disappointed. He was asked to pay $40 upfront to be measured, but couldn't try on any suits in the store. It was also around $275 for a rental. (Jacket, Vest, Shirt, & Shoes) We left and found a place and measured for no charge and half the price for rental. Skip this place and go to a local tux shop.
Purchased 1000 dollars worth of clothes but received customer service not at the level of my purchase. Don't know how men's wear house is in other locations but I haven't been back here since my last purchase and don't think i'll be going back unless I have to...

Poor selection. When I walked in, the manager gave me the "excuse me a minute" finger to make a phone call. Gentleman Shopper was obviously untrained, had no idea what he was doing, and lack to really help. All prices were retail, which is too high. Tried to sell me plain slacks from poor material for $200+. What a joke - walked out. Not what I'm accustomed to from MW. Went down the street to J.A.Bank and got great service and deals - bought more than I intended ($400). No, I don't work for J.A.Bank.

Grooms are required to pay 40 dollars when they are fitted this orders the tux for the individual and comes off the other overall price .No tuxes are shipped with out deposit.
