The only down fall was paying a little over $200 every time I misplaced a retainer, which was 3 times. I would suggest the first 2 replacements at a discount or free because the braces alone cost a fortune! There is a permanent retainer behind my bottom row and not my top. I never understood that.
The staff helped in any way possible. Dr. Dickey was so warming and hospitable. I loved having him as an orthodontist.
Overall, it is wonderful choice!

Very up front and honest. Did a great job with my son's braces and now my daughter had her braces put on by them. The staff is very nice.
