I called and scheduled an appt with this clinic. About a week later, they called and rescheduled the appt to a later date, a week later. I arrived at the office on the date and time told to me over the phone by the office staff. After sitting in the waiting room for an HOUR, the receptionist tells me that I don't have an appt for this day, that it had been rescheduled for over a month away! I wasn't notified about the second rescheduling, and it took them an hour to tell me they couldn't see me. Wouldn't work us in, either, after already waiting an hour. HORRIBLE office scheduling staff. Have no idea about the doctors there because I didn't get the opportunity to see them, but I won't go back. I'll take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed.
Never again will I go to this place.! I see a comment below talking about how rude the lady's are at the front desk. They do not deserve that job at all. Obvious this place has tons of problems I mean just look at the reviews? The lady with the ugly grey hair in the front is seriously odd. There is no reason to be a pain in the ass 24/7. I could watch her answer phones and talk like a prissy young lady, then when she hangs up the phone her attitude changes rolls her eyes, starts talking about random stuff and just simply being rude. I will never go back.
This office is horrible!! When we first arrived instead of being friendly she was extremely rude said to fill out this, give me your insurance card, and grab a clipboard. I didnt even get a chance to start filling the paperwork out when she called me back up to tell me I had missed my appointment. I told her that when the office called to remind me of my appointment it was at 130, she then proceed to argue with me while rolling her eyes. The office is a big dump with furniture that was so nasty I didnt even want to sit down. I would not recommend this office if it was the only place available.
Obviously the lady's at the front desk hate their job. They don't deserve to have that job, they seem as if they believe they are better than normal people? I don't understand? How can such people with horrible attitudes keep such a job? I always thought it was proper to greet and say hello to everybody. Not roll your eyes 100 times as if nobody in the waiting room can see..... This place is a dump. Dr burk is the only one their worth a damn. I repeat the lady's at the front desk are rude! Beyond rude. I felt as if it was 3 sassy high school kids just doing as they please.
Wow I have never been to a doctors office that the people were that rude Dr John D Burk was short, ask questions that as far as I can tell had nothing to do with my condition mostly because he didn't take the time to explain anything, he just threw a few peace of paper at me and said this is what you have and then started telling the nurses what drugs I need. When one of them ask what it was he was talking about he talked to her like she was a idiot. The women at the front desk was also rude and was more worried about talking about what gym she can't go to because she had ballgames she go to with one of the other women. It seemed like everyone hated their jobs. Needless to say he might be the best doctor in north MS but I wont go back.
My family will not come back. Ever.. SMH
