I have been using NMS Pediatrics for my two children for 5 years. They have seen a few different doctors there due to some staff changes. I have always been able to get appointments in a reasonable time. They have separate well child and sick child waiting areas. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable and listen to both parents and the children. I am quite happy with the care my children get there.
This is the most frustrating clinic I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Everytime I've ever called to try and reschedule an appointment, they tell me it will be 2 months later. I work full time, and sometimes things happen that cannot be helped and you have to reschedule. This clinic will NOT work with you at all. One time when my child was sick, I was told I could bring him in one morning at 8:50. I called to let them know I would be just a few minutes late and was told if I wasn't there by 9 then I would have to wait until later. When I have waited 2 hours to see the doctor before, I find it slightly ridiculous that they would refuse to see you if you're more than 10 minutes late. I finally switched to another clinic that is much easier to work with, but it's a farther drive for us so I tried to take my baby back here to get his flu shot and was refused because we went to another clinic. I have never heard of a clinic refusing to give you a flu shot just because you saw another doctor at a clinic other than theirs. Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad experiences with this clinic and do not plan on ever going back again
