I called on Monday at 2pm to see if it was ready for pickup and was told it was on schedule to be disassembled that day and I could pick it up Tuesday.

I have been a customer of Lowe's for over 30 years and been loyal to them because of their customer service for the most part.

All associates were very helpful when asked.
I go in on Tuesday to pick it up from the customer service desk and was there ending up well over an hour to find it had not been taken down. I asked for any manager to come talk to me and was told they were ALL in a meeting. So, what's more important true customer service or having a meeting? I was told it would be at least a couple of hours before it could be disassembled and would not be ready for pickup till Wednesday. Nobody seemed to have answers for what happened or any apology for what took place. Unacceptable customer service and makes me rethink my long term commitment to Lowe's.
Always love to go to Lowe's. I enjoy going and if nothing else, just looking to see what's new. They are friendly, helpful and usually have what you need.

I went to customer service and ask if someone could bring me a garage door to the front. MICHELLE AND BLONDISH SHORT HAIR LADY said I would have to get it myself. I also had to go outside to the end of the parking lot was where the trailers were to get the sku# off of the trailer I wanted to purchase. I have spent a lil over $70,000.00 in the past year at Lowe's in Tupelo. All the familiar faces are gone and have lots of kids running the store.Home Depot has excellent customer service! Maybe we should change all of our business to home depot .
I went in on Sunday in Tupelo MS shopping for something other than a pergola but I seen a deal because it was the last one they had and it was the display. I was told to go to the customer service desk with the product number and let them know it was the display that had to be disassembled for pickup on Tuesday but said it could be ready on Monday.
