Little disappointed. My first bad experience. I wanted a calligraphy set for grandson. They only had 2 sets. One had all parts missing the other looked like one piece was missing. Asked for help from sales clerk in art and supplies. She told me I would have to talk to art person to see what was missing. She didn't know where art person was at so I had to go to front of store and have them get art person then come back to art department. On my way to front saw another sales clerk that said she would page him to come to art supplies for me to return. The art person was very helpful. I was disappointed that part was missing but bought it anyway and will go to Wal-Mart to see if have that part. It is a present for Christmas and getting hard to find. This is an unusual visit. She could be new but wasn't service first.
The last Saturday, November 18th I was with my mother in love visiting in a hurry the tupelo, in Mississippi store. We were on a commission for a friend to choose the right colors for the matting at the frame department. After few seconds Annalesa greeted us and started paying full attention about all our needs and doubts about choosing the right mats. I can assure as a graphic designer that thanks to Annalesa's help, her advices and color combinations expertise the picture frame looked amazing and the whole experience was very nice and smooth. She even suggest the 40% coupon discount. I'm considering from now on visiting HL as first choice four my artwork needs.
Always a good visit. Everything you could possibly need to presents and decorations to hobbies and crafts. LOVE the music always so calming and inspirational.

Very busy during holiday season, they need to spread the stuff out because everyone was congested into the small holiday area.
