Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever received. I live about an hour away from the store, and I was headed there to pick up a mirror that had been shipped there. Along the way, I realized that I would get there literally 2 minutes after they closed. I called the store and explained my situation. The lady was very rude, and she said, “We close the doors exactly at 6. Try again another day.” Is this a joke? Anyways, after I FINALLY get to pick up my item, I will never step foot in this Kirkland’s again or get anything shipped to their store.
Lots of items I like. Sales people are very considerate and helpful.
Wrong address. There was NO Kirklands at this location. Just a dead end street. Very upset!!!
