I highly recommend retaining GumTree to list and help sell your property! They are very helpful, specifically Cindy Waters! She is a great realtor and always goes the extra mile to inform you on the process of selling or purchasing real estate! Cindy has assisted me with advice on selling my home, she helped me through the process of purchasing my new home, and acquiring some rental property. She keeps me posted with what's new on the market and overall has become a good friend to me!

Do not rent an apartment from this company. Their entire White staff are racist and discriminate against people of color. Their apartments are poorly maintained. Their communities are poorly managed. Their staff are not qualified to manage or lead. None of the apartments are luxury. This is complete false advertisement. When you ask them to repair something that was already broken, or broken because it was very old, the staff get extremely upset. They're angry because you had the audacity to ask them to repair or fix something that you are paying to utilize. When you move in, if you don't document every single thing wrong with the apartment, you will be held responsible for it at move out. Documentation is your best ally. Do not trust any of them. When you complete the move in inspection, make sure they sign it. They will lie and say this damage was not reported at move in. Your best solution is to never rent from Gum Tree Realty and Property Management. I'm not disgruntled. They could not get away with their detrimental plan. It was because I was proactive in protecting myself. This warning is for those interested in moving into one of their apartments. Don't do it. Save yourself the trouble.
Good place to go if you are in need of getting to know the area in a jiffy, helpful and courteous. Rent out mostly duplex properties, some that could be better taken care of.
