I contacted someone from this company to show me a property and we discussed meeting at 4 in the afternoon one day. After waiting over an hour, and it just so happened that I was in a place with no cell phone service, I finally got in touch and found out that no, he wasn't going to meet me, he was sending someone else and, oh! look at that! He must be late. "Let me call him" - so after using a locals cell phone to figure out what was going on, a gentleman finally showed up about 20-30 minutes later in a very sour attitude like I was wasting his time. Well - in the long run, come to find out, he was wasting mine.
You see, I'm a first time buyer and had no idea what trouble I was walking into with this company. After taking an hour to finally find the property (because, coincidentally this man had no idea where it was either) I decided, yes, let me do more research and I'll take it! But everytime I called it was like playing phone tag. I found a lawyer (the one thing they did right was send me a list to choose from!) and contacted this man back and said, "here's the number, call her and tell her what you need, and then let me know what else I need to do." "Oh, the property was sold out from under you a week ago." - They have terrible customer service skills! I had called and e-mailed for two weeks and no one got back to me until AFTER it sold?!?
