No issues, not very busy but it was fast service. How we I felt that my food was rushed because the presentation was not there and the portions in my sampler plate were all whack.
Listen I sat here and read nearly all reviews on this forum that were mainly negative and I STILL attempted to give them a shot last night. My mother always said my head was hard. Me and my guest waited nearly an hour for our food before making the decision to walk clean out! The waitress walked by once or twice and never apologized for the wait or asked if we were still doing okay. We didn't even get to try the food because of the wait! Never again! Eat there at your own risk.
Food was tasty but service leaves opportunity for growth. Never checked back on us to see if we needed anything like napkins (only brought 2 for 3 people). It was very slow and several wait staff. They were visible in kitchen area watching tv/visiting/ drinking . Couldn't get their attention for nothing
Some people don't realize that servers are human too. They have to feed their kids with the money they make there.. The servers at this location try their hardest to serve fast and hot food. Sometimes they get busy and customers get cranky but that's a part of the business. The drinks are cold and the food is good. And if you're not bougie this is the place for you.
Three strikes!! Never again at the Tupelo location. The first disappointment I attributed to the busy time period we went to eat. The second disappointment I chalked up to having the same waitress as the previous time. But this third disappointment is inexcusable. It was "To Go"!!!!!!! This location needs an overhaul in the employee/management department. I'd be embarrassed to let my brand name be represented by this location. Having been a server in the past for several years, I am truly very lenient. There's no excuse for having a problem every single time. From the looks of these comments, it's not just me either.
