My family and I went to this location for an early Christmas surprise for our children. The announcement was made that Chuck E was coming out they all got excited as all kids did. Chuck E never made his appearance. I spoke with a manager who told me he was not sure if Chuck E was coming or not. I explained that our children were upset that Chuck E never showed after the announcement. My remark was ignored. The group here with a reserved party did not get to see Chuck E as well. Please do not announce somthhing for children if it is not going to happen. Very disappointed.
My grandkids love this place but it needs to be cleaned starting with the carpet it's filthy and allot of the games are broken
Good buffet. Just they could use a little bit more choices.

Great if its early in the morning or you have the whole building rented!! I wouldn't recommend going during peak hours. Your children will be much happier.
Downside, every time we go they have multiple things out of order. .. this time even the play area with the slide was out of order. .
