The third floor smelled strongly of marijuana. We were told they knew about the issue and they (the people who were staying there long term) were being charged extra for it, but still (are allowed!) continue to stay there. The front desk staff was friendly and helped moved us to another room. That room had old animal pee stains all over the bed skirt. It was late and we had been traveling all day so we stayed. Sheets looked clean but we will not be returning to this LaQuinta on our way back. Other parts of the hotel seemed clean but there were numerous broken beer bottles around the property, so be careful with your pets.
While traveling with our small dog, we stayed here because it is a pet friendly hotel. We did not have any difficulties and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful when our television stopped working. However, the hotel is in need of major upgrades.
This is my second time staying at this La Quinta. The staff is always helpful and super nice. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable also!
Bed was super hard. Pillows turned flat as paper after 2 minutes. Curtains didn't close in the middle and had tons of lightaround the sides. Super bright lights shining in room from parking lot. Shower head barely dripped out. They did have a managers special with soup and beer. And the biscuits for breakfast were the softest I've ever had at a hotel.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Not only do they have a hot breakfast every day, they have "Happy hour" Monday through Thursday. This consists of food and drink. They also have a cooler with beer (limited to two per guest).
This is one of the best pet friendly hotels around! We will be back again!
