A highly Satisfied Customer
I booked my room here through Travelocity.
We were there for my grandfather funeral. When we first got there , the manager seemed nice and friendly. My uncle booked 12 rooms for the family. Some of the rooms didn't have air. Some was not clean because they we're on the side that had not been used in a while. The staff was very friendly in supplying us with our needs. My mom's air wasn't working in her room, Angela the Manager , moved someone out of their room and put my mom in it. My uncle and Aunt was eaten up by something in the bed. The manager got an attitude with them. We left to go to the wake, when we got back , all of their things were moved out of the room and into anther one without their knowledge. When questioned about it , Angela, the manager said that a mattress knocked the power out of the room. She said she called someone to come out to cjeckand spray the room. She couldn't give them papers were they came out. The lights were still on. Lol . She knew what it was. Everyone had to keep getting there room keys reprogrammed for sone unknown reason .Weeks later, my husband checked our bank account and saw where 163. 87 was taken from the account to Rodeway suites. My husband called and The manager, Angela told him that she charged a destroy of property to his card for the coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator etc. We were not on our room that much. Everyone who know me know I'm a neat freak. I check and make sure everything is Ok before I leave. I spray everything down with lysol when i first enter the room. We asked for pics of the room. She could not send them because she didn't have any. What she didn't know is that my husband is over the transportation department at Planters peanut. He travels alot and knew the people with that Hotel chain. He contacted them and Ms Angela 's She is bad for business! ! attitude changed . We got our money back. A new manager is needed for that Hotel immediately.
But as we travelers well know ,in the end the bed is the most important aspect and I was NOT disappointed. I slept like a baby. The bed was clean, ultra comfortable and frankly if I did not have to get up and go to work, I would have slept in. The room even had a microwave, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this hotel as a diamond in the ruff. I plan on staying here again when my job calls me to Tupelo MS again. I give it 5 stars. PS the waffles were delicious.

What a pleasant charming hidden away hotel. The staff was professional and most helpful, The cleaning personnel were efficient and knowledgeable.
