While the food is exceptionally good, the cashier had a negative attitude and avoided all forms of eye contact--with occasional talking to friends behind us. The order was prepared by line members quickly, but she ignored the order on the counter for at least 5 minutes. We did not receive our order until a line member came up front and assembled our order. Customer service really defines a customer's view of a location.
