I've only been through the drive through, but each time I've been sent off with the wrong drink and a wrong order once. Other than that I've had one instance of cold food.
Called several times to place a catering order. Left message for catering manager. Never returned phone call. Called 2 more times to place this order, became frustrated with the girl who answered and asked for manager to call me back and never received call back. Called again and spoke to Albert who was very helpful. Picked up order next day, but waited 15-20 mins for it to be ready which made me late to my lunch. Quantities were too large for the number of people I told the manager I needed food for. Cashier was very rude and had a really bad attitude. No greeting, no smile....Only one person was friendly and helpful (Jamie). Bad experience, won't come back. Too much trouble to place a catering order. Very disorganized and need better help.
I've made a couple stops here since it's opened up. I haven't been too happy with it.
Worst experience ever at zaxbys. Not only were they out of several key menu items, the employees were rude and unaccomating.
As a franchise, zaxby's is good. This one however, for me it hasn't been that great of an experience.
Food was ok, but the customer service was horrible! The cashier that took our order had the attitude of "she could care less" on taking our order. When she spoke we could barely hear her. When we asked for condiments we had to ask 3 times, because everyone was so busy goofy around & acting a fool that they weren't listening to us. We were in there to eat for 30 minutes, the whole time we were in there it felt like I was in the bleachers of a football game. Yes, it was that loud! No not from customers, but from the employees! There was only 3 tables of customers. This was my first time going & probably my last time going.
Took my wife an niece out for a late lunch,around 2:15. They weren’t busy at all,only a few customers. We had to wait for 30mins because they kept “forgetting” about us an the first time they didn’t even put us in their system. Our cashier was awesome tho she gave us a small refund for having to wait so long. Thank you Amber D.
