Had an issue with the store originally, but they did their best to fix it to an adequate degree and for that I appreciate their effort and will raise my rating. My husband was a wreck over this and I had to do something about it and it all worked out alright in the end. Thanks.

This is the second time I have gone to Firestone and both times I find the guy at the front rude and just acts as if he could care less if I was in there or not. The last straw was when I was after I told him I needed my oil changed, two new tires and maybe my brakes changed out but to please check to be sure this is the problem. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to buy some package deal to evaluate my tires and breaks. Really!!!! Now I have to pay them additional money for them to tell me if I need new brakes or not. This was not refunded or taken off if I had the work done. I took my car down the road and they were very happy to check to see what and why my car was given me problems and fix all three things which I was happy to pay for. And I felt they appreciate my business. I will not ever go back to Firestone again.....ever.
