I asked him if they broke off because the last person to rotate my tires tightened them too much, and he replied that it may be the case, but that he and the shop may have never rotated my tires before. I reminded him that I have been bringing my vehicle to this specific shop for the past 4 synthetic oil change packages, the last time being on March 14th 2017, and that I have the receipts if he needed to confirm this. He did not ask for the receipts but reminded me again that Chrysler lugs have this reputation for breaking off easily.

Fast service always! They've done a lot of work on my car and they always have the best deals. The people who work here make you feel comfortable like you are at home. I have absolutely no complaints about this place.

I called customer service and the person I spoke to said she would send me a free oil change over 2 months ago that I haven't received. This shop, and this company, are a bad choice for any automotive repairs.

Went in for an oil change on a Tuesday and needed a motor on Friday. When truck stopped on me on my way home from work and an officer was dispatched to assist me because of my truck holding up traffic he asked me to pop hood and he checked my oil, for him to find that my oil was over filled. I had to get truck towed home and when wrecker picked truck up he showed my father that oil was leaking everywhere. After calling and talking to 2 managers the corporate number and meeting with one of the managers and the owner they finally got it towed to their shop after saying if they get it and it wasn't their fault I would have to pay tow bill. Of course I knew they would say it was something that they didn't do!! After receiving my truck to the shop on the same day I received a call back from Brandon asking if someone tried to add oil to the truck(nonworking truck might I add) and saying they did find some new oil leaking but they couldn't tell why. I told him no, why would someone try to add oil? He then goes on to tell me that they couldn't get motor to work so I needed a new one and that he would try his very best to get me a good deal for a motor. I received a car the next day from Brandon quoting me a price of $2900 for me to pay to get motor put it. Of course I declined because I went in for a oil change and now need my motor replaced. Not to mention they want me to reimburse them for the tow bill. I called corporate office back and still haven't gotten anywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them!!

I've been coming here for years and they take the best care of my family's cars! Treated with care and respect every time I need assistance! Phenomenal staff and they know how to service German cars too!! They are fully knowledged on all cars! I absolutely love this place! There's no other car center I will service my cars.

I noticed on July 15th however, that they forgot to rotate both tires on the passenger side of my vehicle.

The manager was very adamant that it was not his mechanics fault, although he did state that he was not there on July 12th and did not know why they didn't fulfill the service, only that they were probably very busy. He said he has been a manager at this location for the past 7 years and guarantees me that it was not their fault, again faulting Chrysler lugs. He said if it was their fault they would gladly admit it and take care of me, as they always take care of their customers. I reminded him again that I had been going to this shop for the same service for the past year and a half, for 4 synthetic oil packages, and yet he still refused to admit the possibility of fault and forced me to pay the $60.

I had a bad experience today at my Meineke location. I have been going to this specific shop for over a year and a half, and every 4000 miles I get the synthetic oil change package that includes a tire rotation. I bought my car brand new and have wanted to keep it in the best condition possible.

I suggested that maybe the previous mechanic in March over tightened the lugs, and on July 12th when the mechanic was supposed to rotate the tires, discovered how tight they were, and apparently decided not to fulfill the service I had paid for, instead leaving a worn front tire in the same spot. But, since I had noticed it, and came back to have the service fulfilled, they had no choice but to tell me the studs were broken.

I was there for 20min when the manager brought me in the shop itself to show me that 2 of the studs in the front passenger wheel had broken off when the mechanic tried removing the lugs. He said this happens to Chrysler vehicles, that it was due to the passage of time and gave me the option of replacing them for $60 or driving with only 3 studs, which he did not recommend.

I once more reminded him that even if it was all bad luck, that it just so happens the one time when they forgot to rotate my tires was the time that the lugs were so over tight that it snapped the studs(which alone sounds suspicious), they should have noticed this on July 12th, when I paid for the Road Trip add on. I could have gone on a road trip and had a tire blowout because they did not fulfill the service. To this, he merely shrugged his shoulders.

He then walked me inside and again told me it would be $60, and I agreed. I did not want to drive on 3 studs. I waited another 10 minutes, and in that time I remembered that the reason why I had to return to this location was because they had initially forgot to rotate the very same tires that now, had 2 broken studs in one of them.

On July 12th, I brought in my Jeep Patriot 2014 for the same oil package deal and this time, also the 45 cent Road Trip add on, which also included a tire rotation. They were very polite and got my oil change done plus everything that is included in the package.

    Went in for an oil change on a Tuesday and needed a motor on Friday.
